Inaugural 7th President 7k at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage

Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage and Fleet Feet Mt. Juliet held the inaugural 7th President 7k the morning of Saturday, October 22nd. The beautiful fall morning was the perfect backdrop for more than 200 runners and walkers from 14 states as they wound their way around the unique course that took them across paved pathways and fields, where they saw Tulip Grove mansion, the Hermitage Church and ended at the Hermitage mansion the crown jewel of the property. Registration fees benefit the Andrew Jackson Foundation’s mission of preservation and education. Congratulations to all who participated! We are also thankful to the volunteers from Cumberland University and to Elevate Coffee and Kona Ice of Wilson County for making the finish line fun for all!
