We are OPEN 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the last ticket sold at 5 p.m.

Dogs are welcome on the grounds and are free to walk, run and play while leashed on our site.

Explore more than 1,120 acres of dog-friendly walking paths, grassy fields, open skies and tranquil scenery. Stroll the beautiful one-acre garden, designed in the 19th century, that was a favorite spot of both Andrew and Rachel Jackson.

Step back in time and walk through Andrew Jackson’s historic home on an interpreter-led mansion tour. Every mansion room tells centuries of stories. Tours currently run continuously throughout the day.

Visit the on-site, family-owned Natchez Hills Winery tasting room to enjoy premier local wines, craft beer and light snacks. Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful Hermitage grounds or take a wine slush to go for a walk around the property.

Hermitage Grounds Pass
- The Grounds Pass allows visitors access to our 1,120 acres full of history and tranquil beauty—perfect for enjoying the rolling hills and landscape of Middle Tennessee.
- The grounds include a historic garden, field quarters, historical markers, wildlife, hiking trail, historic buildings and more.
- A discounted wine tasting at our onsite tasting room, Natchez Hills Winery at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage for guests ages 21+.
- The Hermitage Mansion is not included as part of the grounds pass.
- Dogs are welcome with a grounds pass and are free to walk, run and play while leashed on our site. Please bring bags to dispose of pet waste.
